Dispute document type codes classify the supporting documents attached to a dispute. Selecting the correct type helps reviewers understand the evidence provided and process the dispute more efficiently.

Document Type ID	Document Type Name	Comments
AND	Additional Notes /Document	Supporting documents or explanatory notes that provide extra context for the dispute.
CUC	Customer Communication (emails/chats)	Email messages, chat records, or other communication between the merchant and customer related to the disputed transaction.
DEC	Delivery Confirmation /Proof	Evidence confirming that the goods or services were delivered, completed, or received by the customer.
SCA	Signed Contracts /Agreements	Signed agreements, contracts, or accepted terms that define the transaction or service arrangement.
